New ServicePoint Features
Automatic emails can now be generated
directly from work orders, based on a change in status. Setup allows different messages to be sent to the customer, technician,
or a custom address automatically. Also, users may now
custom-tailor any menu selection or screen label within ServicePoint to
suit their specific needs. The most up-to-date version of Software can always be
obtained by installing the latest
ServicePoint service pack. ALSO, We have released a version of
ServicePoint that will work seamlessly with PBS from Passport Software!
Passport users now have a choice of using either Focus or ServicePoint
to manage their service department.
